Second round of training of trainers has been held in The Hague, the Netherlands in June 20-25, 2011. Training was organized with joint effort of International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) and Caucasus Institute (CIPDD). Representatives of civil society organizations from 8 regions of Georgia participated in the trainings. The focus of the training was on policy analysis. In particular: different stages of policy cycle, methods of policy analysis, policy monitoring and evaluation. Sessions on trainer\'s skills were also held. Participants received feedback on the first round of trainings they organized in the period of February-March. They had an opportunity for self reflection, evaluation and drafting strategies for further improvement. Number of sessions was devoted to issues related to effective communication. Strategies of effective media campaign for non-governmental organizations with limited resources, and application of social media and new technologies were covered during these sessions. Participants will have an opportunity to share their knowledge in respective communities after their arrival to Georgia. Two day trainings on policy analysis and effective communication will be held in 8 regions of Georgia in the period of October-December, 2011. Emotionally, the main problem is a lack of love and family warmth. The children don't go on enough excursions - walks in nature, trips to other cities, or cultural trips. Children often complain about boredom. A lot of children can't go for bike rides because the luxury of a bicycle is unavailable in orphanages. I know, in the world economic crisis, that we have some problems. If we find possibility to help orphans, the God will help us.
